About John, the Loan Officer
John P. Neil is a licensed and experienced loan officer in Utah and Idaho. He works for a company called Wasatch Mortgage Solutions in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah. John not only has extensive knowledge about FHA, Rural Housing and Conventional loan products; knowledge that he has accrued by processing all of his own loans, but he also prides himself on service that goes beyond the call of duty.
When you have John Neil doing your loan for you, you can feel confident that he will keep your best interest in mind. Gaining the trust and return business of each client is John's goal in every transaction. He will do this by explaining loan options clearly and carefully, processing your loan efficiently, and all the while communicating with everyone involved in the transaction constantly. About John, the Person
John grew up in Los Altos, California and is the youngest of 4 siblings, with whom he still keeps close relationships. He came to Cache Valley, Utah in the fall of 2002 on a scholarship to play basketball for the Utah State Aggies. His senior year he was voted by his teammates as the player that best represents Aggie basketball. John is a die hard Aggie fan and continues to stay involved by volunteering with the Big Blue Scholarship Fund. John graduated with a degree in Spanish and went on to get his Masters at Utah State University.
In 2005 John met his wife, Hayley Joy Neil, through a mutual friend. They were married in August of 2006 and haven't looked back. They had a baby, Grace Neil, in April of 2008 and life has never been better. They reside in North Logan, Utah and have no plans of moving. They both agree that there isn't a better place in the world to live and raise a family than Cache Valley, Utah.
