I will be updating mortgage interest rates for a 30 and 15 year  fixed conventional loan on a daily basis. The rate that is shown below is based on zero discount points. Keep in mind that your interest rate may change depending on your credit score, the size of your downpayment or equity that you have in your home, the loan program, and the amount of discount points that you choose to pay up front.
